This is the 4 channel amp. It's a Kicker Impulse IX254. I used to have this one in the Isuzu. It is mounted on the right wall of the trunk. All the wiring has been hidden behind the carpeting. This amp powers the front dash 3.5" and rear deck 6x9" speakers.

This 2 channel amp is a Kicker Impulse IX402. It is mounted opposite the 4 channel amp. This amp powers the 6.5" speakers in the front doors. By (Saab's) design, the front door speakers are responsible for the low-end sounds. Kind-of like a fake sub. The factory amp was bypassed with this Kicker.

I guess I should have gassed-up before the 2003 ASR. Notice the gas needle on "R" and distance to empty reads "0 miles" on the SID.
